Justin KeastChairmanJustin is the Chairman of the NBTA and brings over 20 years’ experience working in the bulk tanker industry having spent time in various operational and General Management roles within large tanker businesses. He has also engaged with the bulk chemical industry in various consulting roles and most recently has commenced his own bulk tanker business, operating road tankers in Victoria on both an interstate and local level within the chemical industry. He has been a member of the NBTA executive for 14 years and the Chairman for the past 12 years. Justin has the practical industry knowledge and experience along with the technical acumen to impact the NBTA and its members. | Cameron DunnDeputy ChairmanCameron Dunn is the Deputy Chairman of the National Bulk Tanker Association and is on the boards of the Plastics and Chemicals Industries Association (PACIA) and the Australian Road Transport Industry Vic (ARTIO). Cameron Dunn is the Managing Director of the privately-owned national bulk and dangerous goods transport company FBT Transwest, a role he has held since 2009. Prior to this, he held senior transport and logistic roles since joining the industry in 1986 at United Tankers. Cameron is committed to safety. Driven by his mantra – “only safe businesses are good businesses, and good businesses are sustainable businesses”. Cameron is well-known within industry ranks, as an active and current member of the Victorian Transport Association Executive Council, including holding the position of Vice President from 2012-2016 and President from 2016-2019. Cameron brings his leadership and commitment to safety to the NBTA and its initiatives. | Mark AndersonDeputy ChairmanMark is the NBTA Deputy Chairman. Mark is the General Manager, Select Logistics & Transport, Elgas and has over 35 years of experience with LPG Dangerous Goods. Mark understands the intricacies and variations of DG transport and is recognized as one of the industry’s leading figures. Being called upon by the industry for his knowledge regularly. Having started as a driver with Cootes, working through various ownerships, Mark continues at the highest level. Mark is an Executive Member of the National Bulk Tanker Association and an active member on the Transport Committee for Gas Energy Australia. Being highly respected and a regular point of contact by all in the LPG Industry for anything relating to Road Transport. |
James ZarbExecutive MemberJames Zarb is an NBTA Executive Member and is currently employed by Viva Energy Australia as the Logistics Safety Manager. James has nearly 40 years’ experience in the petrochem industry in the areas of manufacturing, storage &handling, marine, aviation, logistics and HSE & assurance management. James currently works closely with oil industry partners with the aim to improve industry safety performance, and is also an executive member of the SLP committee. | Mitchell LancasterExecutive MemberMitchell Lancaster is an Executive Member of the National Bulk Tanker Association. Mitchell has over 16 years years in the road transport industry, holding senior operations positions at Toll Group and is currently Toll's National Transport Compliance Manager - Fuel & Gas. Mitchell is a member of the NBTA DG working group contributing to the NBTA's Transport Emergency Response Plan (TERP) training workshops. | Leigh EntwistleExecutive MemberLeigh is an Executive Member of the National Bulk Tanker Association and the current Logistics Manager for Endeavour Energy Fuels. Leigh has over twenty years’ experience in the fuel industry, and has worked for major oil companies as well as privately owned fuel distribution companies. During this time, Leigh gained extensive knowledge in the transportation of dangerous goods, storage & handling of dangerous goods, occupational health and safety issues, training, auditing, service station and depot operations. Leigh works within the RTO sector conducting Dangerous Goods training and assessing, Safe Load Pass training, and Driving Operations and enthusiastically shares his knowledge and experience with others. |

Anthony is an accredited Performance Based Standards (PBS) Assessor with Australia’s National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR). He assessed the performance of the first vehicle approved under PBS which was granted access in Australia in 2007. Anthony leads the NTRO Future Vehicles and Freight portfolio. He is a strong advocate for safety, productivity and improved access and supports the use of emerging technology to make improvements in these areas. Anthony applies his knowledge and experience to deliver outcomes for the NBTA and its members. |
